Priced at $19,500 for MSRP, the 2023 Venue Sub-model is the cheapest new 2023 SUV available in the United States. Despite its low price, the Venue is not a low-end car. It offers agile control, has an easy-to-use infotainment system, and offers many standard safety and driving assistance features.
Backed by a basic 5-year/60,000-mile warranty and a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty. Plus, the site has a free maintenance plan, with coverage for three years or 36,000 miles. However, the drawback of the Venue is that it does not offer an all-wheel drive system.
Kia Soul 2023 is an affordable SUV priced under $20,000

Another new SUV from South Korea that costs under $2,023 is the 2023 Soul Subcompact, which starts at $19,790 for MSRP. The Soul is a great choice for budget SUV shoppers who want a vehicle that is unique – with its distinctive boxy shape. However, like the Venue, the Soul doesn’t offer all-wheel drive.
